Drive Strategic Growth Across Enterprise Accounts
As our Enterprise Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle — from identifying high-value prospects to closing multi-stakeholder deals. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and solutions teams to shape outreach, refine positioning, and deliver tailored proposals that address client priorities.
This is a quota-carrying role designed for a driven, consultative seller who thrives in complex deal environments. Your understanding of enterprise procurement, compliance, and technical enablement will position you as a trusted advisor from first touch to post-sale handoff.
Your Role Includes:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in key U.S. enterprise segments
Lead discovery and demo calls with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, Legal, Compliance)
Craft proposals and negotiate contracts in partnership with legal and solution architects
Maintain a deep understanding of Cogniforce capabilities and competitive landscape
Represent client feedback internally to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
What You Bring:
Native-level fluency in English and full U.S. work authorization
4+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in enterprise AI, compliance, or productivity software
Proven success selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers with long sales cycles
Strong understanding of procurement processes, legal redlines, and security review cycles
Confidence in technical conversations and translating platform benefits to diverse stakeholders
CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
